Treasure Island Book Review

After a break from the long sea voyage, I had read Treasure Island, which is the finale of the summer voyage feature before the merry holiday seasonal winter break goes on to the medeival world when it kicks off with hints of what-not contemporary "love songs", and other extreme fun over winter break. Here's the summary of the plot of the book: Jim and the crew of the Hispaniola go on the voyage to the Isle of the Treasure at the Gulf of Bothnia. He finds Ben Gunn who lived on the island for three years so whatever or not the crew can find the treasure.

I think that's the very old-fashioned version of Disney's Treasure Planet, even though the sea was compared with space, I guess that the book may be interesting than you think. Thanks for the brief information and hope you'll read a book you may read from the review.

Chapter 5: A December to Remember Part 3: The Spirit Week of Wishes

Sunday night, my parents put some technology privilege rules for me and my sisters. Monday, I go to school. I got lots of working to do over the week. When I go home at 4:30pm, I do my homework. Around 7pm, we had dinner. The rest of the day is like working until 9pm. By 9pm, I know there goes the invisible mental timer - haha, I go to bed at around 10:05pm. Well, at least a few minutes late is pretty much okay so 5-6 minutes is good, but Dad is not around. I got a few days left to come up with - 4 or 5 more to break free of the restrictions and I had to make up those lost hours of the Isle of the Midnight Sun LP to catch up on so that way I was supposed to be live and ongoing.
Tuesday, I wear black clothing. Black clothing is for funerals, but it's alright. It can still be used for Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony. 10 minutes of photo shoot - from 11:05-11:15. Symphonic Band photo shoot first, then came Drama photo shoot. The single photo shoot happens every five minutes, but I shall wear black all day because I don't have time to change outfits in the girl's gym locker room. I may not have time to have the formal outfit be worn like I was going on Broadway in NYC or on 5th Avenue in Seattle. It took 15-20 minutes for me to get a photo shoot two times. We go first, then Wind Ensemble, next came Lit Mag and finally I showed up the second time for Drama. We did a leg hokey pokey while we're in the line for which it is so creepy for me to handle with. We did big smiles, but we laughed in the end. Leadership and ASB came the last as I go to the music room. I decided to clean up after myself in order to just chill out.
After lunch, 2 progresses to show up: yeast respiration lab worksheet and cell diagram on a cotton yellow piece of paper. Sixth period, I did the final touches of my persuasive paper before I chilled out. I spent time with Duck Life. Duck Life is so freaking addictive to you that you can't stop, neverending raising baby ducklings to be duck gods with golden crowns. Haha. The bell rang as I go to the auditorium for a feature presentation of 4am (is anyone out there?) the movie taken from the production show. It's taken on the second Sunday of production weekend. I wonder why...
When the movie was over, I looked back at the audience and looked at the teacher that stopped the camera. When it stopped playing, I looked back at the audience and I turned back to where I just paid attention to usually. The last ten minutes deal with the regionals before we head out. When we head out, I go home and do my homework. I did what it was supposed to do so, but at least I wind down those stress, I go to bed. Next day, it's been a usual day of school. I tried to do the best I can in order to turn it in by the end of the week. Meh, am I stressed out? Hmmm, evening came as I tried out for a Christmas exchange gift party. My dad exchanged the hat for fudge. We spent the party trying, bargaining and stealing gifts, even though they all laughed at me for those embarrasing sardines, I was very embarrased by this for a bit. I had a bad feeling that I was supposed to give it to somebody else, but I ended up giving it to Dad. My gift - the 32 inch tree was stolen, but I had a popcorn tin. We had a fun time.
The next day, I go to school and it looks like I am working all day until nine in the evening. At fourth period, we got the practices written out mentally as we chilled out, stack chairs and had a great day. But while we were there, after school, I had a penguin stuffed animal with three smarties. Mmm... yum. After we had a Secret Santa event we make plans on having a spring show - it could be a Shakespearean version of Star Wars or another piece of the Broadway era; think "Cats: The Musical". After the plans, we were like "lazy bugs" to try for Regionals, but I had gone looking for monologues and I ended up having two contrasting monologues and one song. One monologue is for the January 16 auditions and the other is for the February 8 regionals along with the song. After the day's done, I go home, and spent the rest of the day chilling out while doing my homework.
On Friday, it snowed as school's cancelled. While it's snowing, I was getting ready for the day, but now it's all over folks as we put our little businesses to sleep within a few days. We went to Michael's and we ended up having more interesting gifts. We headed out to Target where we got two hats for Lauren, a silver bracelet and jewelry, and pajama pants for Dad. Saturday, I shopped for books with Dad at amazon.com, but I forgot Merlin Part 2 and 3 from the James Mallory variant. Oh well, it's alright for we ordered Penelope by Marilyn Kaye, Undercover by Beth Kemphart, Stardust by Neil G., and the last two books of Dragons in Our Mist tetralogy - Circles of Seven and Tears of the Dragon. We did this together as father and daughter, but we deleted the girly scrapbook kit from "It's a Total Girl's Life" which is sold out for good. The rehearsal for the afternoon had come and gone as we shopped for more at the Dollar Tree Store where we got gifts for each and every one, but I ended up having a rasberry candy gift to Simone and two toy plushy bones for the dogs - one is pink for Zellie because it matched the pink doggie stocking we got on Black Friday at Walmart, and the other is red for Dakota because the brown doggie stocking from Walmart did not match the color.
Sunday, we performed "The Gift" at the church whereas my parents lighted up the pink Christ candle. The performance is really good. It turned into a special Sabbath as Dad and I go to the Benaroya Hall to listen to Handel's Messiah for my listening assignment, but when we came to the "Hallelujah" chorus, we all stand up which is very pointless but it's alright literally. As we come to the end, I think it's over that I was thinking what the heck is wrong with them; the music was supposed to have more instruments - more woodwinds, more brass, more percussion, more strings, more people to sing and the composition needs an extension with professional drama ensemble and that would have been more cinematic and more Broadwayish than it was before I think. But otherwise, it's really a good suite that's old-fashioned.

Chapter 5: A December to Remember Part 2: Slopiness and Neatness of the P-8 Drawings, Nutcracker Sleigh Ride and Other Special Moments

Monday, I had a very usual day. I did my homework, improved some critic thinking and played Coolmath games. Yes, it's a very usual day, besides the waiting for 15 minutes and snacks. Tuesday, I went to school. During lunch, I ate a meatball sub. It taste really good. During biology class, a few minutes prior to the bell ringing I was attempted to play Farafella. I just wished I want to play again. Later, I felt nauseous because I felt like a vegetarian wanting to puke some meat, and I had a headache at the same time. I was trying to rest for 15 minutes, but no. I rested for 7.5 minutes and I went back to class, feeling a bit okay. English class came as I was trying to type down that whole entire thing of persuasiveness of five pathways of post-high school life, but I felt much worse as I headed back to the nurse's office and I rested for a half hour. The headache is feeling better. I felt really okay that I went home ten minutes prior to what would the schedule had been for me. I rested at the nieghbor's house for ten minutes and went home by foot. I went to play Coolmath games. Ah, yes the enjoyment of watching the duckling grow stronger and faster in the game of Duck Life. This is my snow white duckling with a crown on his head.
Awww... he's so cute.
Haha... he won against the snow white champion with grey eyes. Ain't it so cute and quick. Eh? On a Wednesday, it's been a usual day. But tonight, we had a concert. We played "The Nutcracker Suite" in 4 movements.  The movements were Overture, March, Dance of Sugar Plum Fairy and Russian Trepak. It's based on a fairy tale The Nutcracker and the Mouse King. I read a book before I saw the ballet produced by our school drama last year. It's really good. The book is very a bit more intense than the ballet. We also played Prairie Songs. Imagine myself shipwrecked from the Pequod, but rescued by SS Rachael. Later, we went on the Isle of the Treasure in the Gulf of Bothnia to go get some treasure. In the end, it's a huge success on a voyage adventure. Then a finale of Sleigh Ride. Oh boy! I must've done something right about that earlier. It's alright. I come home and go to bed.
Thursday, we started to do some ASL article questions about the Bhutan refugees. I was questioning what to do over the week ahead. Later, we turn-in Christmas stuff and I read. I enjoyed the rest of the day chillin'. We go home and I had a fun blast. Friday, I woke up at 7:30, got my chocolate milk, take a shower, got dressed and finished getting ready for the day; but I may be leaning toward TransitAccess I'm looking forward to the summer ahead of us. We had the contracts signed in and we ended up having handbooks. It was a day at a court with fancy parts of the building. We ended up in another fancy building - it was a tallest tower in a city: Columbia Tower with Skyline POV. I enjoyed lunch, but I'm not sure of what to do as a YA. We go around the building and my dad handed me the key chain. It was a blue circle with a mirroristic image of Seattle and a light to press on and leave it off. I enjoyed the rest of the day still chillin'. Saturday, I had lots of technology time, but my parents forced me to restrict me for a week. I am holding on to the Goodreads reviews which I kept waiting for too long. For too long, I ended up in invisible handcuffs.

Chapter 5: A December to Remember Part 1: The Usual School Week

 Dear Diary,
December began as I wake up to go to school. Yes, it was a very usual schedule over the next few days of the week besides the shopping, parties, cookie making, ice skating, seeing a Bellevue collection mascot parade and of course seeing the latest animated film Frozen from Disney. Regionals is coming up in just around a corner or less. But first, I would like to thank you for participating in my blog. Fall was wrapping up as I came up with the wishlist to hand it out to Dad. Wishlists checked off is going to be a surprise that Dad made it mentally as I tricked into gifts, but I already read Fault in Our Stars over YA Literacy Week of 2013.
The book I just read over YA Literacy Week took me one week and a half for me to go through. This year over YA Literacy Week, I believe that it's going to be a surprise once when I post a mystery book to read over YA Literacy Week. I will post on so-last year's book I just read over the special week in a review. When will YA Literacy Week occur? In 2013, it's April 14-20 according to wikia, but to me it's April 15-21. The Fault in Our Stars was dedicated to the YA Literacy Week of 2013 because it's been a #1 bestseller in the New York Times for a YA genre in such a long time until Divergent and Steelheart showed up. Steelheart is about a group of human beings vs. villains. Divergent is about Tris on an dystopiatic city of Chicago, very similar to the Hunger Games, but very sci-fi like indeed. Really? I had never read the two that showed up after The Fault in Our Stars. I added the Gallaudet ASL dictionary into my wishlist and that would pretty much be so predictable. If I had to just wait and see until Christmas, then whatever or not, I may be able to see those suprises over Christmas day. In order of appearance, besides the Book Thief, it'll be surprising and it could be revealing to add into my books read list over the academic year to print it out and post it into a yearbook by the end of the spring trimester.
If I receive full credit for graduation, when I walk out of the door with the class, the last day of school for the rest of my life would be Wednesday June 11, 2014. The last day of school for a generation would be in around June 2018. If the district will hold me back one more year, then I had a bad feeling about this. But who cares about the vacation right after the senior celebration party? It's just a little ol' me coming out of the bus and into the limbo, transitioning from school to airport. One week later, when I come back to SeaTac from a summer vacation, I go to Bellevue College right away for freshmen orientation, and after that, the TransitAccess Bus will take me from Bellevue College to home. I will sleep in all Sunday long. When the night comes, I'll wake up to read some scriptures to catch up on daily devotions and then I should be good to go for the next task. I may stay in that dorm for summer school and driving school over the summer. Life would be worthless.
Hahahahaha. LOL! xD That is too funny. Okay, then to be continued... I guess.

Wish Them Back

Haha! Here's a picture post! Enjoy.

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!

The weekend started when I got up, had chocolate milk, took a shower, got dressed and finished getting ready for the day. Man, am I thinking Black Friday is coming up. I guess we're not going there because there's a bunch of people in it. It would be the best if I should get my homework all done, knit some more hats, read/study Social Studies work, and read some outside creative Language Arts. This is my second year of studying SS/LA combined by far. I was thinking of the DVD Repair, costing $40 to buy it. I will bring the money when I go to Menchie's with a salmon pink flyer to show at the cash register. Yeah, a school day happened. It turned out to be a half-day, but lucky me, I think an average amount of homework will do, but yeah, I am reading Treasure Island right now. Imagine me getting off of the ship and going to a recovery center breakfast and bed inn, just so to invite a few of the pirates bursting into the old sea song of "Yo-Ho-Ho and A Bottle of Rum". Very strange things happened until we picked up things from the past. After school, we stayed home the rest of the day and we went to bed.
Thursday, we went to Grandma's house in Snohomish. We had very good food to eat, but we didn't get a cranberry sauce. It'll be the best if we can get the cranberry juice, then we could do it. It was a very fun day. Friday, my dad and I went shopping at Rite Aid. We got blankets and a 3-plug eco-friendly cordless outlet for the nativity scene in Christmas lights. My parents, Simone and I went to Walmart and we got goodies and presents for the doggies, but we didn't get a white Christmas tree and a flat screen television at the family room downstairs. I made up a list of things to get for Christmas and my birthday: books, CDs, and DVD repair kit. I did my homework over the weekend and it was very good I guess. But early today, my parents said that I don't believe this kind of stuff, I mean, for Pete's sake, the blog was supposed to be a personal dear diary according to Wikipedia, not some show business lacking publicity. The blog was supposed to be full of positive reviews, free of religion, free of speech, not mixed reviews, not a suicidal thought thinking had ever happened, blah, blah, blah, >sigh< I know this is going to be it before everything goes personal like everyone else. Thanks and hopefully we'll see you later in the future when I grow older. Bye!
